WE ARE CURRENTLY DESIGNING  ANALYTICAL TOOLS  FOR THIS AREA.

Complex Event Processing (CEP) is an emerging technology for building and managing information systems. The goal of CEP is to enable the information contained in the events flowing through all of the layers of the enterprise IT infrastructure to be discovered, understood in terms of its impact on high level management goals and business processes, and acted upon in real time.  CEP employs techniques such as detection of complex patterns of many events, event correlation and abstraction, event hierachies, and relationships between events such as causality, membership, and timing, and event-driven processes.

BI is a popularized umbrella term, introduced by Howard Dresner (Gartner Group, 1989), for describing a set of concepts and methods for improving business decision making by using fact-based support systems. A Business Intelligence System is a data-driven Decision Support System.
